Graduated from the Budapest University of Economics with major in
Industrial Economy. Her paper for her university doctorate also at
Budapest University of Economics was „Economical questions in publishing
of daily newspapers”. She has a Hungarian auditor (CPA) and tax expert
degree. She’s just finished the managerial level at Chartered Institute
of Management Accountants.
She is manager of
Colling Kft since 1993. She’s introduced the Internet accounting
service in three languages in 2002 to gave a new aspect to the standard
financial service. She’s developed the outsourcing segment of the
business from FAO to HRO. She managed to open of its Slovakian
subsidiary in 2004.
She was a speaker at the European Outsourcing Summit, June 2005 in Paris
and NeoIT outsourcing event in New York, January 2005. She was a speaker
and program organiser at Figyelő Outsourcing Summits in Budapest, 2003
and 2004 October. She is a lecturer at General Entrepreneurial College,
Budapest since 2004, her major is HR controlling.

Mark is the Global Research Director at

Business Council Technologies. CBCt is focused on leveraging the
53-nation government network of the CBC to create public private
partnerships in the global technology and service industries. Mark is
also a non-executive director of fx Auctions PLC, the first online
foreign exchange auction system.
Mark is the
author of Outsourcing to India: The Offshore Advantage (Springer 2004,
2nd edition Mar 2005). His new book Beyond BPO: Outsourcing and the
Global Services Revolution (BCS, Dec 2005) is written with co-author
Mahesh Ramachandran of London Business School and analyses trends in
global services. Mark contributed a chapter on the future of offshoring
to Technology and Offshore Outsourcing Strategies (Palgrave June 2005,
Edited by Peter Brudenhall). He is also editing a book for Springer on
global economic crime and a further book for Palgrave examining the
effect of offshoring on developing societies.
Mark is a founder member of the British Computer Society working party
on offshore outsourcing and co-author of their analysis published in
November 2004. He is a board member of the Commonwealth Action Programme
for the Digital Divide. He is a Chartered Information Technology
Professional (CITP) and is a Master of Business Administration (MBA),
studying at the University of Liverpool. Mark contributes regularly to
the media debate on offshoring and has recently published articles in
journals including the Financial Times, Computing, The Observer and The
Association of Computing Machinery.

Zsolt Szelecki is the CEE Talent and Organizational Consulting lead
for Hewitt Associates, member of the European TOC Management
Team. He is also serving as the president of Board at Inside Holding Rt,
a group of companies specializing in HR Consulting and training in

Graduated from the Budapest University of Economics with major in
Political Science and minor Behavioral Sciences. Based on a fellowship
at Heriott-Watt University of Edinburgh and LSE, where he researched and

He is a Strategic Human Resources consultant since 1992, with main focus
on Talent and Organizational issues and special fields of expertise such

As European finance manager, Mr. Arkosy was Deal Lead of the BPO project
enabling Delphi to outsource some of its non-core finance functions to
Accenture.
Mr. Arkosy joined Delphi, a global automotive supplier, in 1996 as
European business development manager for the Steering Division. In 1997
he was appointed European sales manager. In 2000 he moved to the
division’s world headquarters in the US to lead two growth initiatives.
A year later he was named European finance manager in Delphi’s European
Headquarters in Paris, France.
Prior to joining Delphi, Mr. Arkosy spent nearly 5 years at Mercer
Management Consulting in Paris and Munich. His work with Mercer clients
across multiple industries focused on guiding them to achieve
significant gains in competitive performance through comprehensive
efforts involving growth strategies, organizational realignments,
operational improvements, strategic partnerships and outsourcing.
Earlier, Mr. Arkosy was in charge of real time systems as software
engineer at Alsthom and as project manager at Cap Gemini.

Born in 1947, graduated as an electric engineer in Budapest and later
obtained a degree in economics.
His career started in software development and exports of software
products and services in Western Europe. Subsequently he successfully
established Hungarian owned software companies in Vienna and Munich. As
CEO of these companies he was involved in the start up of the most
successful Hungarian software venture GRAPHISOFT.
Between 1988 - 1992 he was deputy CEO and later Board Member of Interag,
a major Hungarian trading and holding company. For the same company he
was responsible for setting up and managing the car import and
distribution business of BMW and later Honda in Hungary.
In 1993 together with a partner he created Ventura an investment
advisory company specializing in advising private equity investors
active in Hungary.
Ventura aims to maintain working relationships with a number of local
and multinational investors. Between 1997-2000 Ventura has been working,
on a non–exclusive basis, with Global Equity Investments Group of the
Bank of America (GEI) with a mandate to identify private equity
investment opportunities in Hungary. In 1998 Ventura acquired the
majority of the shares of HUNGAROCAMION the largest transport and
logistic company in the CEE. GEI and other financial investor DBG
(Deutsche Bank) contributed with a capital increase of USD 13m to this
investment.
In April 2003 Ventura carried out a capital increase in the road
transport arm of the MASPED group. MASPED is the largest independent
forwarding group of the CEE region. The company has been privatized by
the management in 1994. The group has operational business
units/companies in the rail and road transportation and also active in
the warehousing logistic and the related distribution service.
After this equity involvement Mr. Horvath took over the MD position of
the company MASPED Tlog. The company is currently changing its strategy
and its internal business procedures aiming to be one of the
professional freight managers of the CEE region.
In a frame of an outsourcing agreement in 2002 Ventura have acquired the
Hungary based call centre business of Ringier the largest publishing
house of the CEE region. TeleDirect originally set up by the daily paper
MAGYAR HIRLAP was the first professional call centre operating in the
country and beyond the in house service it have been already providing
third party services as well. After taken over by VENTURA TeleDirect
carried out substational business development and it is to day one of
the country’s independent service provider selling inbound and outbound
services to several major customer.

With over 35 years’ experience of researching, setting, managing and
delivering client expectations — much of which time has been spent in
the Asian and East European offshore professional services industry —
Stephen brings with him a wealth of practical, hands-on knowledge and
in-depth, published re-search.
Prior to joining eCODE, Stephen held directorships as CEO Europe and
European Marketing Director for a number of global organisations,
including a ma-jor NYSE-quoted offshore provider. Other past employers
have included Capgemini, IBM, McDonnell Douglas and Siemens, where he
held various senior management positions in both IT and BPO Customer
Management.
Stephen holds a Masters degree in Computing from the University of

Robert Seges, 41 years old, Director of the Business Intelligence
Department of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. In
the Agency since 1994. Previously he worked as Research Officer in the
Research Department and as a Deputy Director of the Investment Servicing
Department of the Agency. Among others he was responsible for the
